Energy storage DC/DC Converter

Bidirectional DC/DC converters have been widely used in fields of electric vehicles, industrial control, battery R&D, etc. due to their unique advantages. In an actual energy storage system, a topology consisting of multiple DC/DC converters and a grid-connected bidirectional PWM converter is usually used. The voltage of the connection point between DC/DC converters and the grid-connected bidirectional PWM converter is called DC bus voltage. When the battery is charging/discharging, the DC/DC converter can feed back/absorb energy to/from the DC bus according to the system requirement. The grid-connected bidirectional PWM converter ensures the stability of the DC bus voltage through the bidirectional energy flow with the grid.

For example: the model of Titans 60KW non-isolated energy storage DC/DC module with a DC bus voltage of 750V is TDC-F60/750N-A.

Product features
1) The product adopts a non-isolated Buck-Boost circuit. When the battery is discharging, it will work in BOOST mode; when the battery is charging, the converter will work in BUCK mode. The converter has characteristics such as simple structure, less switch count, low power loss, simple drive and control circuits.
2) The control core of the product adopts a high-performance DSP processor, which has high control precision, fast response speed and good system stability. The high speed and high precision make the product performance better.
3)   The main circuit uses advanced and smart IGBT power modules.
4) The product adopts multi-bridge phase-shift control method. The output ripple is small.
5) The modular design reduces the impact of faults and gives ease to facilitate installation and maintenance.
6) The product has overvoltage, overcurrent and overheat protection functions.
7) The product provides standard communication interface. 485 and CAN communication interface can be chosen.
8) The device case is set according to the standard for easy installation.
